Our client CIHI’s Information Technology and Services requires the services of a Sr Developer to participate in the development of a pan-Canadian data and performance reporting system for organ donation and transplantation. RFP Number: 17377 Expected Start Date: July 12, 2021 End date: March 31, 2024Location: Toronto Office (Please note: The position will be home based until office reopens due to COVID-19 restrictions currently in place) Roles and Responsibilities Participate, as part of the development team, in solution development related activities including solution design, development, and testing. Lead detailed design of technical solution, performing proofs-of-concept where necessary to validate candidate designs. Lead development of technical solution in conformance with CIHI code development standards and CIHI Blueprint Architecture. Develop build automation, CI/CD pipeline.Develop and execute scripted test plans, scenarios, and test cases for unit, system integration, and quality assurance testing stages. Adhere to CIHI’s system development standards, methodologies, quality assurance principles and processes. Qualifications and ExperienceMust have: Experience in software development that includes design, development, testing and implementation of complex multi-tier systems Experience and proven expertise in full stack development. Experience designing/implementing/documenting restful web services APIs.
