Our client who is a Managed Service Provider is looking for a talented L3 support Technician to join their team and help them identify, prioritize, and resolve L3 technical issues. This is an on-site requirement. Office located in Markham.Roles and Responsibilities Lead the service delivery team. Act as a 3rd level escalation contact to the service delivery team. Reporting directly to the Technical Services ManagerAssist to ensure that monitoring, tracking, and coordination of critical services are executed effectively. Work together with vendors to oversee installation, and resolve any issues. On-call duties required. Qualifications and Experience 5 years of experince relevant experience Experince working in an MSP enviornment.Application support experience with Connectwise and Labtech.Expert in computer hardware, such as Lenovo, IBM, Wyse, Citrix, Storagecraft, Fortinet etc. Excellent knowledge of desktop and server operating systems. Exceptional interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, listening skills etc. MCSA, MCSE, MCITP or any equivalent certification is a plus. Citrix, VMware, Fortinet Certification is a plus.
