Our client, located in Richmond, BC is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team on a 6 month contract, with a potential to extend or even become permanent. This opportunity will offer 4 days WORK FROM HOME and 1 day ON SITE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in administration, and have strong MS office skills.Roles and Responsibilities Plan and coordinate meetings and appointmentsStoring, organizing, managing physical files and online documentsTake minutes of meetingsAnswer and direct phone callsWrite and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and formsAssist in preparation of reportsOther administrative duties as required Qualifications and ExperienceMust have: Minimum of 2 years of administration experience Strong MS Office skillsCriminal background check to be completed at time of placement Please apply directly!
