Starting Pay: $39.70 per hour, plus shift premiums and overtime pay (as applicable)
Full Rate of Pay: $41.79 per hour, plus shift premiums and overtime pay (as applicable)
Team Members can earn an annual bonus based on company and individual achievements.

Support provided to be successful in a Multi-Skilled Role: in-house and training at local College on electrical (PLC), mechanical (hydraulics, pneumatics), equipment and technologies

Position Summary: You could be working in the Cambridge or Woodstock facility in Weld, Paint/Plastics, Stamping or Assembly department with various manufacturing equipment such as conveyors, overhead and transfer systems, automated guided vehicles, robotic systems, presses etc . Responsibilities:
Operate within a multi-skilled environment to maintain the plant’s machinery and equipment, while improving processes to minimize disruption to the production line
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with standardized procedures
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including PLC and motor controls, safety sensors and relays
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, drives, bearings, and gears

Certified Ontario Electrician (442A/309A or interprovincial license) with PLC and motor controls troubleshooting experience and technical knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills related to troubleshooting equipment issues, preferably in a fast paced manufacturing/industrial environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional team members
Mechanical aptitude/ interest
Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and working conditions
Ability to work rotating shifts
The flexibility to be situated at the facilities located in Cambridge and/or Woodstock
