Identify areas of risk within Infrastructure services that have the potential to negatively impact service delivery. 2. Develop strategies and processes for isolating operational risk within Infrastructure Services. 3. Quantify and scorecard identified areas of risk and develop risk mitigation strategies. 4. Define and maintain tolerance indices for the risk matrix. 5. Make recommendations to the Senior Director, Infrastructure Control regarding implementation of risk mitigation strategies. 6. Maintain an ongoing risk framework with timelines for mitigation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements 1. Previous experience in an intermediate Operational Risk (Information technology) capacity. 2. Broad knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, environments and processes, including midrange, distributed, Unix, and Microsoft systems. 3. Detailed knowledge of the ITIL standards. ITIL Basics certification preferred 4. Effective verbal and written communication skills to permit the efficient transfer of information, ideas and instructions clearly. 5. Financial services industry experience is an asset. 6. Microsoft Suite, and VISIO You must be a current resident of Canada to apply for this position.
