Company: Net Results Position: IT Coordinator Location: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada Description: In this customer service position, you will provide IT support services to our growing customer base. You will work in a fast-paced environment, receiving client requests via phone, e-mail and alerts from our real-time monitoring software. You will be required to properly document the support requests through ticket creation in our HelpDesk Management database. You will either resolve the task directly, or escalate it to one of our Network Technicians. Either way, you will ensure all customer support requests are resolved in a timely fashion and will follow-up with customers to ensure their IT needs are met to the highest of standards. The successful candidate will have graduated from a recognized 2-year IT diploma program or possess a minimum of two years experience supporting Windows-based PC’s and Networks.
